拼布坐垫的做法：准备几个大小相同的布料，进行裁剪拼接。
1、准备大小相同的正方形布料拼接成四宫格。四周加自己想要宽度的白布条。
2、风车拼布尺裁切，尺子上面的画线对齐拼接线。
3、裁切好的一块布料，依次剪第二块第三块。
4、全部裁切完成后，剩余的布料。
5、裁切下来的布料重新拼接成风车图谱完成后的排版模式，还可以DIY各种样式。（样式完成后剪下对应长度的布条缝边）
坐垫使用舒适并具有装饰作用形状多为方形、圆形和椭圆形。材料棉布、绒布、锦缎、尼龙或麻布最舒适材料质是记忆棉材质。
艾绒坐垫作用：
艾绒坐垫具有活血化瘀以及舒筋通络的作用，还具有散寒祛湿的功效。主要是用艾叶制作而成，临床上具有很高的药用价值，能够缓解身体出现的疲劳，还可以加速身体新陈代谢，对于出现的腹痛以及腹泻或者是月经不调等症状，有很明显的改善效果。
对于过敏性体质人群需要在医生指导下使用，避免引起身体出现过敏反应，很有可能会引起皮肤出现皮疹，还有可能会有明显的瘙痒感，在月经来潮期间可以用艾叶泡水喝，能够起到暖宫散寒以及止血的作用。
