MBA面试首先要确定报考院校，确定自己是提前面试还是复试。MBA的面试又分为小组面试和个人面试。一般来说，个人面试的重点就是学生的教育背景、工作背景、个人性格以及MBA相关内容。教育背景 如果是名校毕业，可以多突出一下自己优秀的学习能力，最好有证书等等工作背景 如果是基层人员，可以对自己进行包装，举一些实例突出自己的领导潜质，比如协调团队，组织活动等等；如果是中层人员，可以强调自己现有的领导能力，销售部门管理人员可以量化来表达，自己上任前后业绩翻番等等；如果是高层人员，可以强调自己协调管理了多少人的团队，带领团队攻坚克难的实例。无论属于哪一种，都要突出自己的领导力、业务能力和抱负心。个人性格 这种问题中庸回答就好，不需要与众不同，因为老师会对这个感兴趣，进而多答多错，毕竟重点还是要突出个人能力嘛！但是也不能回答自己内向或者害羞，暴露缺陷。MBA相关问题 面试之前要对学校的项目充分了解，以免学校问你为什么报考我们学校？我们学校有什么优势？的时候答不上来。小组面试一定要有商业案例现场模拟过才可以！防止会怯场或者不知所措。就MBA英语口语面试来说，各个学校考察的方式不同，有的是个人面试，有的是小组面试。所以要先确定自己要考的学校才可以对症下药哦~个人面试 各个学校也是不同的，有的是口头英语问答，比如上财、同济等等；有的是抽签问答，比如交大。这些问题的主要方向都是围绕个人的自我介绍、工作背景和性格爱好。在准备自我介绍的时候，不用说爱好，性格，这样老师问答的时候把这几个简单问题排除掉了~重点一定是突出个人优势，比如教育背景很优秀可以多提几句，或者工作背景很好，可以说一下title。职位如果是销售岗，可以量化自己的业绩，或者与同职位同僚做一个对比。不要撒谎，但是也需要对自己进行美化包装。个人问答要提前准备哦，毕竟流利度也很重要~常见问答有：Could you give us a self-introduction?/Please introduce yourself.What is your working responsibilities？What is your biggest achievement？What is your definition of leadership？What is your hobby？Why MBA？......如果场上听不懂老师的问题可以礼貌请求老师重复一遍问题，态度一定要端正哦~有的同学在想，多少年没有说英语，口音口语很难听怎么办？相信大多数人都有这个短板，所以面试老师并不会过分纠结这个，他们要的就是考生意气风发，自信的样子！所以大胆回答就可以~小组面试，比如复旦，这个就没有办法提前准备好，因为是在小组讨论后用英文总结的形式进行。但是了解组面的案例都有哪些，也可以总结出相应的常用词句哦~

在MBA提前面试和复试中设立英语口语面试环节，主要目的在于考查考生的英语交流能力，亦即能否使用英语进行基本的对话，一般话题限于日常生活及简单商务英语和管理话题，以满足未来的MBA学习要求和职业发展需要。

英语面试主要是口语面试，考查MBA考生的听说能力。一般口语面试形式分为：

口语单独面试；

中文素质面试和口语面试一同进行；

组面口语测试；

口语抽题等形式。

无论参加哪种形式的口语面试，说一口流利、准确的英语都是通过面试的关键所在。因此，语言的基本功与长期的口语素材积累至关重要。

一、传统面试问题(Sample Traditional Interview Questions)

1、What can you tell me about yourself?(关于你自己，你能告诉我些什么?)

这一问题如果面试没有安排自我介绍的时间的话。这是一个必问的问题。考官并不希望你大谈你的个人历史，他是在寻找有关你性格、资历、志向和生活动力的线索，来判断你是否适合读研或者MBA。

MBA提前面试是给那些有管理潜力但笔试能力相对较差的学生可以进入MBA院校深造的一个绿色通道，考生及学校对于提前面试的重视程度越来越高，它在录取中所占的比例也越来越大。MBA英语面试中，在自我介绍完了老师就会开始问你一些常见的问题，回答这些常见的看起来很平常的问题，是很有艺术的。

口语方面，一般口语考试评分标准包括发音、词汇与语法、流利度、内容等几个方面。目前口试打分大概分为两种：分项打分和整体印象打分。考生应该注意无论采取哪种打分方法，发音、词汇与语法、流利度、内容等都是考查的重点，因此平时练习至关重要。

1.恰当的使用一些习

指的是讲英文的国家所使用的谚语、习语之类的。我们在口语中，如果可以使用这些习语，可以为我们的英语口语答案增色不少。因为这样显得学生综合素质高，对于英语谚语、习语之类的东西可以信手拈来，使用较为地道的语言来表达。

2.不用太平淡的词

我们在口语中可以使用一些同义表达，用高级词汇去替换基础词汇。肯定能给口语老师留下较好的印象。

3.句式多样

对于这一点，对于不同基础的学生。如果是基础不好或是较为一般的学生，老师建议同学们用已有的词汇来表达会表达的东西，哪怕全是简单句都是可以的。但是对于基础不错的学生，建议可以采用多种多样的句式，不要一直使用简单句，不要一直只求句子没有错误。

2、What's your work experience like?请告诉我你过去的经验?(这是了解你过去的情况,很重要)

3、What's your greatest weakness?你最大的缺点是什么?(看你是不是能够和将来的团队相融合)

4、Why do you feel you are qualified for this job?你怎么觉得自己胜任这份工作?(你最擅长的且最有说服力的理由一定要门清才行)

5、What kind of salary did you have in mind?你期望的薪水是多少?(这也是能否录取你的关键,如果与面试的考官的考虑出入太大,你就悬了)

6、If hired,when could you start work?如果你被录取了，你什么时候可以开始工作?(有时候这句话是顺带问的,主要是问你能否尽快脱离目前的工作)

7、What kind of work does the position involve?这个职位包括哪些工作?(具体职责了,事先了解清楚更好)

8、What kind of jobs have you had?你从事过什么工作?(看看你应聘的职位与目前提供的职位是否吻合)
