1. Find challenges
If you don't find any challenges to your life, you won’t have motivation and anxiety to development. You should understand that staying too much in your comfort zone would just keep you staying where you are and therefore never improve. So try to find new challenges that would further develop your strength and therefore achieve your peak performance.

You should always find a reason to be happy, which will fuel you to go on further and further until you reach your destination.

3. You are not alone
This is a very important factor. Sometimes we are so stubborn about doing things on our own that we don't ask others for help. Generally speaking, doing things alone isn't wrong, and, in fact, it's even preferred to be independent. However, there are really instances in our life that we need to ask others for help. You shouldn't regard it as being weak, and other people won't think less of you if you do this. We humans are communal individuals and we could achieve more in this world if we help one another. So don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it, and also lend a hand to others when they need you.

4. Plan
If you want to achieve something, don't be in a rush. You need to make good preparations before action, that is, to plan your overall course of action in advance. Create a goal that you are ready to bet your life on, and check it to see if it is really the goal you want to attain before you give it your all without second thoughts. When you're sure about it, plan the ways to achieve and to evaluate it if your process is effective while still along the way. You can change your course of action while you still have time. Make sure that your goals are specific, attainable and time limited. In this way you can make sure you are not planning to fail, but to be successful in your search for personal growth.
4.计划

Consistency is the key to securing self-improvement; however, being able to do this is really hard. Still, you need to prepare to pay your dues if you want to reach your goal in life.

I turn on the radio, find a song that I can sing along too and pretty soon my arms are in the air and I am moving along to the rhythm. Most of the time, I do this on my way to work.
Yes, that is true. I will be in my nice work clothes, jamming while driving or stopped at a traffic light. I get weird looks from some people and others laugh. Personally, I love to get lost in the rhythm of a song which leads me to share with you the importance of being silly!
The definition for the word silly, according to the dictionary is: stupid, foolish and nonsensical. I know many people do not want to look foolish. So they walk around all serious, which in all honesty, is foolish!
No one is perfect, I repeat: no one is perfect. I don’t care how educated, how thin, how beautiful, how simple, how frugal, how rich, and so on… No one is perfect! So why pretend to be something you are not?
Life is so short… You never know when this beautiful journey will be over, so why waste a single second on being so full of rigidity? Here is a quote by Souza, that I think says it all and is a great recipe for life:
“Dance as though no one is watching you, Love as though you have never been hurt before, Sing as though no one can hear you, Live as though heaven is on earth.”
When we were kids, we had no idea of what limitations were and we had no care in the world so we could do things without worrying about how we appeared to others. However, as we grew up, we lost that childlike innocence.
So don’t lose the child that still lives within you. The next time you feel down, go turn on your favorite song, and sing and dance along like there is no tomorrow. Or watch something that makes you laugh. Laughter is the best medicine to whatever ails you and nothing is better than laughing so hard that your tummy hurts. Trust me, you will feel a whole lot better, and who doesn’t want to feel good?

人生何其短暂……你不会知道这美好的征程何时会结束，那么，为什么要浪费一分一秒，让自己变得棱角分明?这里引用索萨的话，我觉得她一语中的，是人生的一大秘方：
跳舞吧，就像没有人欣赏一样，
去爱吧，就像没有受到伤害一样，

生活吧，就像今天是最后一天一样。
当我们还是孩子，我们天不怕，地不怕，无忧无虑，所以我们可以不在乎自己再别人眼中的形象去做事情。然而，当我们长大，我们失去了那种天真烂漫。
所以，不要丢失你心中那个小孩。下次你感到沮丧时，去打开你最爱的那首歌吧，随着歌唱起舞，就像没有明天一样。或者看点能让你笑的东西。笑声是除去任何烦恼良方，没有什么比笑到肚子疼更好的事了。相信我，你会好受很多，谁又不想让自己好受呢?

In our life, we will be nice to other people, while when facing our parents, we are impatient and even argue with them. People always think their parents don’t understand them and refuse to talk to them, they show the worse temper in the ones who love them and will never leave them, but they show their kindest fact to the strangers. It is a sad thing, the reason that people show their badness to the dearest lies in that people just get used to the presentation of their relatives, they know in their hearts that their parents won’t leave them, no matter what they do. Our relatives will never leave us, they take care us all the time, they are the dearest persons in the world. People neglect it, so we should be nice to our parents, love them and communicate with them.

When Spring Festival comes, a lot of young people will go back to their hometown and spend the time to stay with their families. As they work out for a long time, their relatives will be very curious about them, they want to know how these young people are going on, so they will ask the awkward questions, such as they will ask them if they have a girlfriend or boyfriend, how much is their salary, when will they buy the house…All of these questions are private, young people don’t want to answer it, most of them just do the normal job and don’t get the high salary. Some people even don’t want to go home just to avoid being asked such questions. The elder people should considerate the young people, they’d better not to ask such questions which will embarrass the young people. They can talk other things.

Two years ago, the drama about going back to the dynasty was very popular, people liked to see such TV series so much, they thought went to the past made them a hero and they could become the shining star. It seems that back to the past is everyone’s dream, while for me, I’d rather stay in this moment, I don’t want to go back. Comparing with the younger me, I like who I am now, though I am not young anymore, I have wisdom and experience at this moment.
