没有绝对的靠谱，但是我认为比较靠谱。性格测试分为两类，一类是按类型分，一类是按优势分。比如：mbti，九型人格，霍兰德这些都属于按类型分类的，按类型分肯定有些误差的。
比如有些朋友的性格可能在两个不同的类型之间摇摆，也就是在多个类型的得分是差不多的，这种情况就容易造成误差。 所以九型人格就有了侧翼的说法，用来弥补单一类型的误差。
在比如按人格优势分的有大五人格测试，青年人格测试等等，这类测试仅仅是分析人格优势，哪些优势明显，哪些优势不明显，这样一来，就没有误差了，因为不会在两个不同的人格类型之间摇摆不定。所以我比较倾向于人格优势论的测评。
