市区老外一般是讲city，郊区一般是countryside或者直接是country,downtown怎么说呢，可能比较书面，口语中用的不多，而且有点贬义的意思，当然不是说这个单词贬义，就是用法偏贬义，毕竟有个down在里面。大城市，metropolis,当然big city更口语，老外也很喜欢用。小区？怎么突然问小区了?小区最贴切的应该是neighberhood或者是estate，但我觉得很少说，他们一般会说住在哪条街几号，一般就都知道了。。。。over
