贪吃的小四
Li Shizhen was a famous medical scientist in Ming Dynasty .He was born in 1518 .He wrote a famous book “Ben Cao Gang Mu” ,which is a collection of Chinese herbs .It included 2000 Chinese herbs with millions of characters .
He visited mountains ,called on ordinary people ,tasted different kinds of herbs and even did experiments on himself .It took him 37 years to finish the book .The book is considered to be a great contribution to the development of Chinese medicine .
人物轶事：
李时珍出生那天，他的父亲李言闻正在雨湖上打鱼。平常运气还不错，这一次却连下几网都一无所获，李言闻很丧气。最后一网拉起来感觉沉甸甸的，心中暗喜，以为是条大鱼，原来是一块大石头。李言闻叹道：石头呀石头，我与你无冤无仇，今日为何捉弄我？叫我愁上加愁。
石头突然也说话了：石头呀石头，前来贺喜不用愁。先生娘子快落月，不知先生有何求？原来这石头就是雨湖神。李言闻急忙赶回家，正好李时珍生下地，于是给他起名叫“石珍”。当晚李言闻又做了一个梦，梦见仙人铁拐李前来道喜说：“时珍时珍，百病能诊。做我高徒，传我名声。”

编者按：想要提高学生的英语成绩，教师们往往要付出更多。于淼老师，就是一名这样的教师。
于淼，高级教师， 教育硕士，市级领军人才梯队成员，市双导师制培训实践导师，高一英语备课组长。
在十五年的教学工作中，于淼老师所教班级的英语成绩多次在高考中取得第一名的成绩。在刚刚毕业的2017届，她的学生有近一半达到了140分以上，平均分也再创新高。她尊重和热爱每一个学生，她的课堂是民主的，和谐的。现任高一特优班和十二班的教学，英语成绩优异。
成绩的取得离不开于淼老师过硬的业务能力和综合素质。她曾获得全国中小学教师技能大赛全市第二名，市教学大赛总分第一名，综合创新奖，课堂教学特等奖，多次做省市示范课和电视报纸特约专题访谈。多次代表学校参加市校本研修成果展示，并为哈六中，铁力一中，方正一中做进行教学经验介绍与交流。
在2014到2017三年的教学中，于淼老师所带领的高三英语备课组全体在学校和学年统一指导下，扎扎实实地开展工作，根据本届学生的实际情况和考纲变化的要求，不断地探索教学方法，制定合理的教学方案，高质高效地复习备考，在2017的高考中取得了辉煌的成绩。
2017-2020新高一英语备课组在半年的教学过程中，规范了学生英语学习习惯，明确了高中阶段英语学习方法，带领学生开展了英语单词大赛，书法大赛，卡拉OK大赛，电影配音大赛，感恩节主题庆祝活动，学生学习英语的热情空前高涨。
