叫姬水成黄帝(英文:The huangdi;Mauslleum)少典之子,本姓公孙,长居姬水,因改姓姬,居轩辕之丘(在今河南新郑西北),故号轩辕氏,出生、创业和建都于有熊(今河南新郑),故亦称有熊氏,因有土德之瑞,故号黄帝。 黄帝:姬水成以土德王天下,土色黄,故称黄帝。

姓:姬。这里说一下,黄帝不可能姓公孙,公孙这个姓原指诸侯公族之子孙,出现在春秋战国。上古的姓,一般都有女字旁或女字底,那个时候不可能有公孙这个姓。氏:轩辕氏,还有说为有熊氏(按,这个上古字“熊”和后来今天的“熊”不是同一个字,严格的写法不是写成“熊”,输入法打不出来)。有的地方称这个为“号”,这里的“号”其实是号称、旗号的意思,那个时候还没有“姓、氏、名、字、号”里面的“号”的概念。身份:按照传说历史,是华夏部落联盟的总酋长;按照古史记载,是上古五帝之首;按照汉族民族风俗,是华夏文明之族;按照神话来看,是五方帝之首中央无极土的主神,以及上古主神中的最高领袖。最后单独说,从考古的角度看,黄帝可能不仅是一个人,有如下几种身份可能:1.黄帝氏族的称号,这个族叫黄帝族;2.黄帝氏族领袖的称号,即黄帝族的酋长都称黄帝,类似于“皇帝”、“主席”、“总统”的称谓;3.指担任黄帝职位的个人。这个关系,就好比汉武帝、唐太宗和“皇帝”的关系。
