This paper mainly expatiated the design and fulfillment of meeting room management sub-system. Its functions include: meeting room info-viewing, meeting room newly construction, meeting room modification, and meeting room deleting. Its main content includes: outline design, detail design, measuring report, and the addendum. Its detailed content covers: the designing ideology and the flow chart of each function, the establishment of the database and the key technology of the linkage between the database and the data contained in it. And the methods, course, and results of the measurement as well as the flaws presented in current system were also discussed.
