I entered BV company in April 2009. I have been working as an engineer. At first I was responsible for Chinese products, and then I have been responsible for the foreign products for the past three years. Looking back at my work during these years, I have the joy of success and the hardship of working with my colleagues. While working I never stopped furthering my study at theoretical knowledge. Now I can relate theory to practice, apply the professional knowledge to practical work, lead and cultivate new engineers to work as soon as possible. Now let me summarize my work from last year till now. 1. Transfering Leading BG products from Shanghai to chengdu:1) Set each working procedure control points, tested requirements and SPC monitoring, regulated mass-production requirements in QCFC after consulting with colleagues in Shanghai. 2) Established key parameter in each process and regular CPK review mechanism.3) Made QA standards 4) Made regular internal Audit, accomplished the audit of Shenzhen production line for the customers. Now I have got customers’ delivery authorisation notice.5) Participated in the handling process over major quality problems, and wrote quality summary report in time.2. Reviewing system flow work:1) Reviewed the company standard pipe technological process, introduced the recognized mechanism into the file of Golden Sample and working samples, improved the file system.2) Changed the way of uploading Beijing E-data to customers manually to the way of uploading on FIS system automatically, avoided customer complaints for factitious omissions.3. Smoothly finished switching to other major production.4. Production cost improvements:1) Led Shanghai PCB recycling, made and implemented recycling schemes validated by team members, saved more than 99 percent of scrap PCB for company.2)Improved the connector and end face. 5. Leading the daily work of Shanghai engineer group:1) The main products FPY have been improved.2) The customer performances are all B+. 3) Dealt with RMA and major quality problems in time. 4) Carried out new PFMEA on time. 5) Engineer personal levels have improved.6) Led and cultivated four new engineers and met the company’s requirements.6. Assisting company QCC activities1) Trained production line employees and applied ME tools.2) Coached and diagnosed the QCC team and gained excellent grades in the publishing in and out of the company.
