排气过热度英文

排气过热度应该是压缩机排气管或冷凝器进口的温度和实际冷凝压力对应的饱和温度之间的温差。

所谓的过热度：工质目前的实际温度比实际压力所对应的饱和温度高出几度。

过热度=压缩机的吸气温度-制冷剂在蒸发器中的蒸发温度，有一定的过热度是为了保证进入压缩机的是没有液体的制冷剂，防止湿冲程。

工作原理

主要是来调节空压机的起停状态，通过调节储气罐内的压力来让空压机停机休息，对机器有保养作用。在空压机工厂调试的时候，根据客户需要调节到指定压力，然后设定一个压差。

例如，压缩机开始启动，向储气罐打气，到压力10kg的时候，空压机停机或者卸载，当压力到7kg的时候空压机又开始启动，此间有一个压力差，这个过程就可以让压缩机休息一下，达到保护空压机的作用。

由电动机直接驱动压缩机，使曲轴产生旋转运动，带动连杆使活塞产生往复运动，引起气缸容积变化。由於气缸内压力的变化，通过 进气阀 使空气经过空气滤清器(消声器)进入气缸，在压缩行程中。

由於气缸容 积的缩小，压缩空气经过 排气阀的作用 ，经排气管，单向阀(止回阀)进入储气罐，当排气压力达到额定压力 0.7MPa时由压力开关控制而自动停机。当储气罐压力降至0.5--0.6MPa时压力开关自动联接启动。

排气过热度：是将干饱和蒸汽继续定压加热，蒸汽温度就要上升，而超过饱和温度，其超过的温度就叫过热度。

指蒸汽温度高于对应压力下的饱和温度的程度。对水和水蒸汽而言，其饱和曲线在水蒸汽图上是一条上升的曲线，即随着压力的升高，水的饱和温度也是升高的。是制冷循环中相同蒸发压力下制冷剂的过热温度与饱和温度之差。

用于热力膨胀阀是指低压侧和感温包内蒸气之间的温度差。通常将系统调节在10°F（5.6℃）过热度下工作。

增加过热度会导致蒸发器“挨饿（starve）”。蒸发器“挨饿”意味着只有部分蒸发器充有制冷剂液滴。在该设定值下称蒸发器“缺少制冷剂”。

过热度对于热力膨胀阀的正常工作起着举足轻重的作用。吸气如果完全无过热度，就有可能产生回气带液，甚至引起湿冲程液击损坏制冷压缩机。为了避免此种现象，就需要一定的吸气过热度，以保证只有干蒸汽进入压缩机(因冷媒性质决定，过热度的存在表示液态冷媒的完全蒸发）。但是，过热度太高也有缺点，过热度偏高会引起压缩机排气温度（排气过热度）升高，压缩机运行工况恶化寿命降低。 所以，吸气过热度应该控制在一定范围之内。

冷凝器过冷度就是在空调制冷时冷凝实际温度低于理论的冷凝温度，这个情况称之过冷；而在制热时冷凝器这时相当于蒸发器，此时的冷凝实际温度（我们称之蒸发器过热）高于理论温度这样就产生了冷凝器过热状况了！
