咖啡豆种类
市面上的咖啡豆种类主要有两种，不同产地的咖啡豆风味都有所差别：
Arabica:阿拉比卡咖啡豆(一种小粒咖啡豆)，味道温和，高质量的咖啡豆，风味更佳丰富，Coffea arabicai tree是一种广泛种植的咖啡植物，栽培条件严苛，种植在较高海拔的地区。
Robusta:罗布斯塔，主要的咖啡豆种类之一，罗布斯塔咖啡树种植在较低海拔的地区，咖啡气味较为平凡，咖啡因的含量也较高，常用来做速溶咖啡。
咖啡种类：
Espressoor caffè espresso: 意式浓缩咖啡。是一种浓的黑咖啡，由研磨的咖啡粉加极热而非沸腾的水冲泡而成。
Espresso ristretto: 意式特浓咖啡。与意式浓缩咖啡相比，其所用的咖啡粉量相同，水量只有意式浓缩咖啡的一半。
Americano or café Americano:美式咖啡。一种意大利浓缩咖啡由热水冲泡而成。
Cappuccino:卡布奇诺咖啡，是由浓缩咖啡加一层蒸汽发泡的牛奶制成。以Capuchin monks(天主教僧侣)命名，因为卡布奇诺的颜色与他们头巾的颜色相似。
