首先，请假条的标题分为两种“事假条（leave of absence）或者病假条（sick leave）”。选择你需要的标题，写在假条正中间。日期，提一行，写在右上方，要顶格写。这是与中文假条不同的地方。日期之后要写称呼，“Dear Mr或者Ms”。在日期下提行，写在左上方， 要顶格写。
