both和neither都是用在两者之间的，both用在肯定句，意思是都； neither用在否定句，表示两者都不；例如：Both my mother and I love watching TV. 或者：My mother and I both love watching TV.但是all是用在三者或者以上的。all是用在肯定句的。而相对于all放在肯定句，否定句中，都不的表达为none就如你所举例的水果。例如：Apples, oranges and bananas are all my favourite fruits. 又或者：Apples, oranges, bananas, i love them all.
