给你个网站吧。。我是学英语专业的。。经常在这个网站上下点资料什么的 。。。 这个里资源蛮多的 。。初中水平的听力资料应该也有。个人建议你听VOA慢速英语。。语速是比较慢的。。但是可能就是有点生词吧。。也有文字材料，因为是新闻哈。还有一个是美语咖啡屋。。。里面是中英语语讲的。。比VOA要有趣一些的。。那里的资料都可以免费下载。。有一部分只能在线听的。。不过也挺不错的。。 提高听力的方法。。就是多听吧。。刚开始的时候如果听不太懂不要急。。先盲听都可以。。就是先把耳朵熟悉英语的环境，平时在家就可以把电脑打开放着，从听懂单词到句子，然后慢慢听懂更多的东西。还有跟听力紧紧相关的是单词量，不说也应该晓得吧。。听的再清楚，不知道意思那也是白听啊。。。具体的我也就不说太多来。。那个网站上也有很多方法介绍。。有论坛什么的 ，，可以进去看看啊。。希望这对你英语学习有用哈。。。只要坚持，，加正确的方法，，英语进步是很快的。。加油哈！
