一、“目标”,翻译为“目标”的英语单词为数不少,我大略看了看,觉得我这里谈到的“目标”应该翻译为“aim”,在英文中这个词语有“目标”的意思,同时还有“瞄准一个目标”和“打算”的意思。我很赞同“打算”这个词和“目标”放在一起,因为在我的理解中,“目标”就是一个很现实的概念,它是我们能够实现的,不是遥不可及的。诚如我刚才写下的答案,金钱和知识。那些是很现实的东西,是我觉得我在未来的一定期限内需要得到的东西,并且也是我觉得我有信心有能力得到的东西。这样的一种追求就叫做“目标”,它是每个人都会有的东西,就连我这样懒散成性的人,在说到“目标”的时候,都能诌出一二。从英语的解释中不难看出,我们的这一个层次的追求是一个现实的追求,而我对它的定位也就是“现实”二字。二、“理想”,“理想”在英文中的翻译为“ideal”,这个单词同时还有一个意思,那个意思就是“完美”。我一直在思忖着为“理想”这个词语下一个准确的定义,当看到英文词典中的翻译时便豁然开朗了。是的,没有任何词语比“完美”更适合来修饰“理想”。我想这大概也就是我说我“没有理想”的原因,因为我本来就不是一个“完美主义者”,常天马行空地乱想,若世上有个什么与完美主义者对立的“残破主义俱乐部”,那我一定第一个举手报名参加。这个可能看上去有点自欺欺人了,似乎成为了我不奋发图强的一个借口,还是理直气壮的借口。我们常说“理想状态”,什么是“理想状态”呢?说白了就是“完美”。我在广告公司打工的时候常跟一些摄影师打交道,他们中不乏满嘴“理想状态”的“天才”,拍摄的时候总是会抱怨模特这个不好那个不行,抑或是抱怨场景缺了这个少了那个,反正无论如何就是不满意,到了交作品的时候,明明是好得不得了的作品,他们还总会嘀咕着:“不是‘理想状态’啦……”看他们那神情,还真不是在谦虚,而是真的是自己觉得“不理想”。开始时候我觉得不可思议,久了我也便明白了,因为“理想”是我们不可及的一种“追求”,是“可望不可及”的,我们永远希望达到它的高度,却也永远无法达到它的高度。这样的一种追求,就叫做“理想”,而拥有这样一种“追求”的人,多半同时拥有一种“出人头地”的念头,正是这样他们才会不断追求所谓的“理想状态”。我对于“理想”的定位是“信仰”,有“理想”的人,对于自己的“理想”,都是很虔诚很狂热的,都是百折不挠的。这样的“追求”,只能让我想到“信仰”二字。我想他们对于“理想”的执着,就像拥有宗教信仰的教徒那样忠诚地维护着他们信奉的神明一般,而我对于我的理想的定位却更接近于梦想。三、“梦想”。“梦想”在英文中的翻译为“dream”,这个单词是我们很熟悉的单词,它同时可以翻译为“梦”和“做梦”。如此一翻译,那么“梦想”便不免带了几分“空想主义”的味道了。不知道怎么的,我忽然想到了灰姑娘的故事。不记得是哪一部肥皂剧里头,有过这样一句“蛊惑人心”的台词:“每一个女孩子都是灰姑娘,她们最终都会等来她们的王子。”这句话我认可前部分,不认可后部分。的确,世界这么大,相对于这个辽阔的概念而言,哪个女孩子不是平凡的灰姑娘?哪个女孩子敢说自己能够让每一个人都知道自己?没有。所以,每个女孩子都是灰姑娘。但不是每个灰姑娘都能够等到自己的王子,因为不是每一个男孩子都是王子。王子是千里挑一的,是可遇不可求的。这其实是很浅显的道理,但不知道为什么这样一句一看就知道是在矫揉造作的话,却被千万的女孩子奉为至理名言。若是改一改,倒是说得通:“每一个女孩子都是灰姑娘,她们都有一个关于王子的‘梦想’。”怎么样?这样改了之后是不是觉得很有道理了?绕了一个很大的圈子,终于回归正题了。“梦想”无疑是最不真实的一种“追求”,所以无怪乎拥有“梦想”的人群有比较明显的年龄局限。因为很多人在“成熟”之后,都会觉得这样一种“追求”是很荒诞的,也是很幼稚可笑的。我不这么认为,“梦想”虽然很不真实,但却可以作为我们在对现实感到极度失望的时候用以自我聊慰的一种“逃避”。我对于“梦想”的定位是“童话”,不仅因为它最不现实,还因为它有一种“神圣”的属性。很多人不会让别人知道自己的“梦想”,因为“梦想”是他们自己的天堂。我们可以肆意地为我们的“梦想”添加许多美好的元素,让我们疲惫的身心得到一种精神上的释放和解脱。但没有人会在现实生活中真正地去“追求”自己的“梦想”,起码,在正常的人类世界里没有。动物界有,飞蛾扑火便是很好的例子。“梦想”是离我们最远的一种“追求”,是我们的一种“阿Q”式的“痴人说梦”,很美好很美好,但很虚无缥缈。呵呵也许有人会不认同了,那么我们平时说的“崇高理想”,到底是什么呢?那便是我要说的最后一个概念。那个概念叫做“想”,英文翻译为“want”。我开始时本来想将它并到前面去,后来放弃了,因为我始终觉得,“想”不是一种“追求”,它更多的是一种“欲望”。它有点像“目标”,却又不仅仅是“目标”。我们平时说的那些“崇高理想”,那些对未来的期望计划,应该统统归到这个名目下面。道理很简单,因为我们在说到我们对于未来的规划的时候,总是会说“我想……”。这是一种“欲望”,一种我们对自己人生和未来的欲望。我一直在想我该用什么短小精炼的话来作为我的文章的结尾,想了很久都想不出一个满意的。冥思苦想之际,忽然一个念头闪过脑际,禁不住自己放声大笑。我的念头就是:我“想”为我的文章写一个“理想”的结尾,但这个“目标”还是没有达成,于是,我的文章结尾让人深思的渴求便亘古地成为了一个“梦想”。
