Disabled people are normal people, except that they can not see as much as we can, or they can not walk as fast as we can. Since they can not see as much, or they can not walk as fast, they need our help.
We can immediately do a long list of ways in which we can help them, for instance, Each student finds some one to help, in the neighborhood or the community. You can help them to cross the road. We can walk up to help the disabled to cross the street. We can make friends with the disabled by visiting them, by calling them, by emailing them, by whatever means. However, don’t always think we are better than the disabled. As normal people, we always make normal mistakes.
We take it for granted that we can see things while the blind can not. If you know the story about Helen Keller, you will understand why you are wrong. The blind can not see with their bare eyes, but they can see better with their ears. They can see better with their hands. So, help the disabled while you treat them like normal people. And they are normal people!
We all live in this world.We maybe feel unlucky sometimes.But, as you know, in this world there have been a lot of people who can't talk, walk, speak, listen to and see anything.
The invalid need our concerns.If you see an invalid person,you should not just watch him all the time. You can show your respect to him. Let him feel the good of the world.

二、马云：

三、邓亚萍：
1997年退役进入清华大学，2001年拿下学士学位，同年9月进入英国诺丁汉大学，2002年12月12日，获硕士学位，同年进入英国剑桥大学经济学专业攻读博士学位。
邓亚萍用求学路上一路奋斗的故事讲述了一个世界冠军求学的悬梁岁月……清华：从写26个英文字母开始“临近退役时，我便开始设计自己将来的路，有人认为运动员只能在自己熟悉的运动项目中继续工作，而我就是要证明：运动员不仅能够打好比赛，同时也能做好其他事情。哪天我不当运动员了，我的新起点也就开始了。”邓亚萍说。
“1996年底，我被萨老提名为国际奥委会运动委员会委员。我明白，这既是国际奥委会的重用和信任，也是一次严峻的挑战。奥委会的办公语言是英语(论坛)和法语。

一天必须保证14个小时的学习时间，每天5点准时起床，读音标、背单词、练听力，直到正式上课；晚上整理讲义，温习功课，直到深夜12点。
由于全身心地投入学习，邓亚萍几乎完全取消了与朋友的聚会及无关紧要的社会活动，就连给父母打电话的次数也大大减少。
为了提高自己的听力和会话能力，她除了定期光顾语音室，还买来多功能复读机。由于总是一边听磁带，一边跟着读。
同学们总是跟她开玩笑：“亚萍，你成天读个不停，当心嘴唇磨出茧子呀！”“但我相信：没有超人的付出，就不会有超人的成绩。这也是我多年闯荡赛场的切身体验。”学习是紧张的，每天的课程都排得满满的。除学习之外，邓亚萍每周还要三次往返几十里路到国家队训练基地进行训练，疲劳程度可想而知。“每天清晨起床时，我都会发现枕头上有许多头发，梳头的时候也会有不少头发脱落下来。

先介绍一下自己的情况: 因为特殊原因,我的英语水平现在可能连初中水平都没有了.初中时英语还好,上高中后遇到一个不管事老师,加上自己又不懂事,所以根本就没学过英语,没背过单词,没背过语法,每次都是靠初中底子考个30-50多分,除了进高中后的第一次及格了之后就再没及过格.第一次高考,遇到理科试卷均很难,所以成绩非常差,复读那年,早自习和上英语课时开始偶尔背单词,一年下来背完一半,也就是高二上学期.复读那年高考英语居然及格了(90多分) 上大学后,狂玩,没学英语,其他也没怎么学,很烂! 现在大三上,开始考虑自己今后的路了,想了很多,发现自己要实现自己的价值,必须考研.也想过工作后再去考研,但细想,如果现在我都不敢去为考研努力,怎能保证以后工作了还会去为考研努力呢???!!! 所以我铁定要考研,最起码搏一回,假使不成功也为以后做准备了! 现在遇到的最大问题就是英语,因为长期以来对英语的逃避(请先不要追究我以前的过错,现在最重要的是积极的面对现实,解决困难!)我的英语已经连初三水平都不如了,连音标都忘了!我的记忆力不算很好,但理解力和听力不错!在很多单词不认识,听不懂的情况下也能猜得较准. 现在希望听听大家的建议,像我这种情况应该如何去学习英语(离我毕业的那次考研只有一年的时间了),我如何在这短短的一年时间里更好的学好英语???希望大家能给我建议,学习方法,战略上的和战术上的!谢谢大家! 请不要讨论我以前为什么不好好学习的问题,因为这已经过了,这已经成了无法改变的现实,现在最重要的是给我建议让我能更好的解决这个问题
