最重要的就是少说中式英语，多学习外国人说话的语气和结构，这样的英语才更地道，而且也更有英语思维。如果有条件的话，可以尝试多和外国人交流，或者可以多看英语演讲视频。

在英文中，要表达“养成某种习惯”通常有两种说法，即fall into a habit或者get into a habit。耿文雅的说法是aquire the habit of doing sth。而 fall / get out of the habit of doing sth 是和它意思相反的短语，表示“去掉做某事的习惯”。这个短语可以根据实际使用情况，作出如下变化形式:fall / get into a good habit 养成某种好习惯。fall / get into a bad habit 养成某种坏习惯。fall / get into the habit of doing sth. 养成做某事的习惯。请参考英汉对照的例句： Good students have good learning habits.好学生有好的学习习惯。I've got into the habiG of switching on the TV as soon as I get home.我已养成一到家就打开电视机的习惯。He had fallen [got] into the habit of putting his hands in his pockets.他已养成把手插在口袋里的习惯。My friend has acquired the habit of reading我的朋友已养成阅读的习惯。
