I'd like to talk about something about my work in department.My duty is to help the manager answer diferent phone calls and arrange varity of meetings,business trips and so on.The intering part of my job is to meet the visitors and communicate with them,some of them are foreigners.Communication is vital for my position as manager always have a lot of visitors coming to negociate towards the projects they have interests in.On the opposite side, the endless phone calls are the boring part of my work,some of them just do not understanf the procedure of the instructions that our products have and go directly to complain about it.
