认真听吧。。听之前，先把所有选项扫一遍，能知道个大概，了解文章的主要方向。。其次，在听的时候，抓住关键的词句（就是跟选项有关的内容），记录下来，在做题目的时候，一般就能选到正确答案了吧。以上仅是我自己的方法，不知道适不适合你，不过你可以试一下。。

一边看题一边听，不过在听之前，你得先看题目，把题目记在心中，听的时候看着题目并把其翻译为中文，如果你英语语感好，也不必做这些，仅凭语感做就行了。希望我的回答对你有帮助！！

应该在听力前就做到对题目有所理解，这样可以抓住重点，有目的、有重点、有任务地去听。长篇听力不可能将所有的内容都记住，即使记住了，也容易分散注意力，应该是针对问题听内容。听时应该集中注意力，不要再去默念题目，反而会浪费时间……
