Nowadays the manufacturing industry all around the world adopts numerical control technology extensively, in order to improve manufacturing capacity and level, improve the adaptive capacity and competitive power to the changeable market . In addition every industrially developed country in the world also classifies the technology and numerical control equipment of numerical control as the strategic materials of the country, not merely the great measures to develop one's own numerical control technology, but also implements blockading and restrictive policy to our country in view of " high-grade , precision and advanced key technology of numerical control ". In a word, developing the advanced manufacturing technology taking numerical control technology as the core has already become a important way to accelerate economic development and improve the overall national strength and national position. 数控技术和装备发展趋势及对策 刘征航，龚文，武晓颖 ，李万科 ，丁晓颖1 武汉大学，武汉（430079）2 中国科学院测量与地球物理研究所，武汉（430077）E-mail：摘 要： 本文主要讨论了数控装备对整个工业现代化的重要性，并分析了当前数控技术的发展趋势和国内外数控技术的现状。在对现状的分析和与国外的比较下指出了我国数控技术应该着力发展的方向。着重指出应该向着高速、高精加工，智能化、开放式、网络化，新技术标准的建立发展。关键词：数控技术，智能化，网络化，规范标准，可持续发展。 装备工业的技术水平决定着整个工业的现代化程度。马克思曾经说过“各种经济时代的区别，不在于生产什么，而在于怎样生产”。制造技术和装备就是人类生产活动的最基本方式，而数控技术又是当今先进制造技术最核心的技术。当今世界各国制造业广泛采用数控技术，以提高制造能力和水平，提高对动态多变市场的适应能力和竞争能力。此外世界上各工业发达国家还将数控技术及数控装备列为国家的战略物资，不仅采取重大措施来发展自己的数控技术，而且在“高精尖”数控关键技术方面对我国实行封锁和限制政策。总之，大力发展以数控技术为核心的先进制造技术已成为世界各发达国家加速经济发展、提高综合国力和国家地位的重要途径。
