3.完全不自理护理，为老人建立档案每天两次测量血压体温并记录，按时喂老人吃饭吃药，每天最少3次帮助肢体活动，按摩、翻身、擦洗污渍等。为老人洗衣服，提供老人用防褥疮床垫，每月擦洗一次身体。对于一些特殊的老人经家属同意会增加一些服务项目。
