否定祈使句有：
（1）Let's ( let sb ) + not +动词原形。
Let them not play with fire.别让他们玩火。
（2）在公共场合的提示语中，否定祈使句常用No+名词／V-ing形式结构，表示禁止做某事。

（3）在Be动词引起的肯定祈使句前加Don't，构成Don't be+其它成分（形容词、名词或介词短语等）。
Don't be careless.别粗心。
（4）行为动词开头的祈使句变为否定句，通常在行为动词前加don't。
Don't put them away，please.请别收拾它们。
祈使句肯定形式与否定形式转换：
1、肯定转换否定方法：祈使句肯定形式前面加Don't，将动词首字母小写。
例：
Smell the flowers.闻闻这些花。
Don't smell the flowers.不要闻这些花。
2、否定转换肯定方法：去掉祈使句前面Don't，动词首字母大写。
例：
Don't run in the street , please.请不要在街上跑。
Run in the street , please.请到街上跑。
