什么时候 用英语表示为:when, whenever。when的英式发音为 [wen] ,美式发音为[wɛn]。 意思有:当时,什么时候,(用于时间的表达方式之后)在那时,其时。

whenever的英式发音为 [wenˈevə(r)] ,美式发音为 [hwɛnˈɛvɚ] 。  意思有:究竟什么时候,不论何时每当,无论何时,随时,无论什么时候。
