My identityHi, Sorry to disturb you guys again. First I want to claim that I only applied once and my user name is "sean 147","tom258" doesn't belong to me. I bought my computer from one of my friends, so I'm wondering if he used my information to apply for an account. It would be so upset if such thing happened. Has the user of "tom 258" been able to provide any identity information? I'm pretty sure that he/she could not provide anything that is relevant to my identity. Please tell me what other things I could do/prove to help remove the block on my account "sean147". If any information is needed, I will corporate with you guys to make things clear and remove the block on my account ASAP. Looking forward to your reply.Thanks!
