First of all, we should keep taking exercises every day. We can walk to school instead of taking a bus. After school, we can spend an hour playing ball games. If we live in a high-rise, we can walk upstairs or downstairs. Second, we should have a balanced diet. Finally, we must remember: "Early to bed, early to rise is the way to keep healthy, wealthy and wise. 七)我最喜爱的一本书 I enjoy reading different kinds of books, but "Harry Porter" is my favorite one. the story is very long but I am interested in it. Harry was such a brave and clever boy that he dared to fight against powerful enemies. His Z-shaped scar and magic stick brought me into a magical world. In fact, the fiction story is so meaningful that I can learn a lot from it. I think it's the best book I've ever read. 八)我喜欢小狗 I like dogs.Many people like dogs.Dogs and people are friends.Some dogs also do different linds of work.Dogs are used to keep watch.They tell people when dangeris coming.Some dogs are used to keep people safe.They sre also used to move animals like sheep or goats.Some dogs are used for different kinds of hunting and some dogs help the police This week I didn’t do many wonderful things. I went to learn developing film with my classmates on July 1st. It was easy and we all got good marks.On July 4th, I went to school to learn, because I will be a junior three student soon. We would have to learn some lessons in advance. The weather was very hot. But I didn’t feel that learning lessons was boring. Some teachers are new. They are good I think, although they are all looked strict. And the lessons were not too bad. This week was the beginning of this summer holiday, but it was really typical . 11-17 Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasn’t it? But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. I can have a break and do what I want to do. On Saturday I went shopping. Indeed I didn’t buy many things. I just wanted to relax. And then I played on the computer, sang , watched TV, etc. I just wanted to amuse myself. I went to swim on Sunday, although I didn’t swim very well. I felt cool during this hot time. I also played with my mother. She couldn’t swim so I taught her. I sometimes played a trick on her. I had a good time there. 18-24 This week I mostly stayed at home and did some homework. Last Saturday HP6 had just come out. And many Harry Potter fans went to buy it. I did’t buy it because it was too expensive, but I downloaded it on the Internet. It was in English. Many people went on translating as soon as the book came out. I also took part in it and became a part of the translating group. From this group, I first realized that my English was so poor. I needed to look up in the dictionary all the time. It was really troublesome. But I withheld and withheld. I had translated many paragraphs. I was the youngest among the translators, but I didn’t feel there was much pressure. This work was hard but I really felt happy. We had already finished nearly 20 chapters. 25-31 I went to the Forest Park with my old friend this Thursday. Although it was hot, we had a wonderful time there. We played a lot, such as corsair, bumper cars, Arabian Flying Blanket and so on. We felt excited indeed. That day was also my friend’s birthday. I bought a comic strip for her because she likes cartoon very much. She also invited me to her new flat to play. At last she gave me a heart made of crystal. She really moved me. On Sunday afternoon our translating group had finally finished all chapters! I was really excited. Although our translation was not very fluent and nice, even a little abrupt, it was our outcome. It was our effort. When I saw my name on the heroic translator list, I was really proud of myself. 1-7 On Monday I went to school for the second learning. The weather was still very hot. But I was ready to face with my lessons. This Saturday the typhoon came. It was really terrible. My father said that a pillar fell down when he was driving, and it nearly fell onto his car. It was really dangerous. But this Saturday my journalist lesson began and I had to go to the Youth Culture Communication Center (near Shanghai Railway Station) to have classes. I had to go out! The wind was really heavy. And I nearly couldn’t walk! Many trees collapsed and when I arrived there, I was late. But I was surprised to find that there was only about 10 students. Our teacher said just now on an art lesson, only two students came. The typhoon was really horrible. 8-14 On Monday the typhoon had gone. Luckily it was not hurricane. And it had only been here for 2 days. Also after this typhoon, not many people lost their lives. On Saturday I finally finished my second learning. Some students were very happy because we finished all summer learning. But some students sighed because of the heavy homework. I wasn’t sad and wasn’t happy, either. I just know we have been junior three students. We must work hard to enter a good senior high school and pave the way for the future. So heavier homework, shorter holiday and more study are all a must.15-21 On this Friday evening I watched a TV programme called Super Girl. I believe you know it. It was really wonderful and I like the player called Li Yuchun very much. I know many people love her and many people hate her, too. But I think she is very handsome and unfeigned. She can also dance very well. Super Girl I have paid attention for a long time, but I first like a player so much. I began to like her since July. I think I was a ‘maize’. This word was really warm-hearted, isn’t it? And, are you a ‘maize’? 22-28 This week was the last week of this summer holiday. This summer holiday was really very quick. We will begin our study again soon. I felt a little sad because of the quick summer holiday. Every year I will feel sad when the summer holiday comes to an end. I think it was an instinctive reaction. So I did many things this week to say goodbye to my summer holiday and welcome the new semester at the same time. We are junior three students. We have to learn and learn, until we have entered a good senior high school. So, let’s welcome our new semester. Don’t be very worried or frightened!

Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house. I played with my cousin. Suddenly my cousin suggested going to the park and having a rest. “that’s a good idea.” I said. Then we prepared for the traveling. After lunch, the sky turned dark. After that , it rained heavily. It meant our plan is impossible. What a pity day! 今天我父母带我去了外公家，我和唐/表，兄/弟/姐/妹一起玩。突然，我我和唐/表，兄/弟/姐/妹建议去公园玩，顺便休息一下。“那是一个好主意”我说到。然后我们为旅行准备着。午饭后，天变得昏暗，接着下起了大雨。那意味着我们的计划不可能实行了，多遗憾的一天哪！ Tomorrow is New Year’s Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program.
