初三一开学，我们班同学发现班主任换成一个年轻漂亮的女老师，而且她是教英语的，一下换了两门主课老师，让我们有些措手不及。 新来的女老师姓滕，一头大波浪，带着茶色的近视镜，瓜子脸，略施粉黛，一身淡粉色的职业套裙尽显婀娜身段。 虽然她很漂亮，可是我们班同学似乎对这个不感兴趣，依旧沉浸换了两个代课老师的“悲痛”中，班里死气沉沉，滕老师有些尴尬。 第一节英语课，同学们都无精打采毫无生气，滕老师仿佛变成一个没有对手的拳击运动员，一个人对着空气使劲出拳，台下的观众面无表情的看着她独自一个人在比赛。 滕老师毕业于陕西师范大学外语系英语专业，也是高才生，今年才毕业，原本是要去教高中的，她自己要求先到初中部锻炼锻炼。 滕老师发现我们班这种情况，就叫了几个班干部和学生到老师会议室座谈，有幸我被列入邀请之列。 滕老师说实话长得很漂亮，后来我上大学才知道最漂亮的女生都在外语系，她实际比我姐也大不了几岁，所以我看同学们都不敢吭声，我就打着胆子说了我的想法。 我说，我们原先的英语老师黄老师带了我们两年，我们都特别喜欢她，虽然她有时候比较凶，可是上课每个人都有发言或说话的机会，对于英语来说，我们也就只能在英语课上有说英语的机会。 黄老师从来对学生都是一视同仁，从来不会过分夸奖成绩好的同学，也从不打击学得差的同学，她总是鼓励我们多说英语，哪怕说错也没有关系。 还有，黄老师喜欢让我们演英语小品，我们都很喜欢这种教学方法，不是古板的让我们读课文，总是让我们觉得学英语是件特别开心的事情。 滕老师听我吧嗒吧嗒说了许多，认真的在她的笔记本上记录着，她笑着对我说，感谢我说出了心里话，她说，我们不要把她仅仅当成老师，可以把她当成大姐姐好朋友 哈哈她说到我心坎了，我当即喊她姐姐，她笑颜如嫣，弄得我羞红了脸，班长一脸嫌弃的对我做呕吐状，我才不在乎呢，反正我姐姐也不在，我再认一个漂亮姐姐有啥问题呢？ 在我的带动下，同学们和班委竹筒倒豆子般说出了心里话，无外乎是以为滕老师逼走了Ms黄，或者有些不适应滕老师标准的发音吧！想想Ms给我们灌了两年的耳音，可不都习惯她带有南方口音的英语吧！ 通过这次座谈，滕老师了解了我们的心思，也坚持早自习来监督我们背单词或课文，她到底是名牌大学的高才生，她给我们教英语歌曲，给我们读杰克伦敦的短篇小说，当然都是英文小说，说实话我们以前没见过纯英语的小说。 她给我们朗读约翰·济慈的夜莺颂。 清晨第一抹的朝阳洒落在滕老师的发梢时，我们在齐声的读着英语课文，金色的阳光透过她狭长的睫毛，她白里透红的脸颊笼罩着一圈的光晕。 我不经意的一撇，发现滕老师如此的美丽，那是一种由里而外的气质，似乎这一刻我看到的是一个完全陌生的滕老师！ 秋天早晨略有些凉意，滕老师穿一身雪青色套裙端庄典雅难掩青春靓丽，晨光洒在她柔美的身躯上，她宛如一个美丽的天使吟唱着动听的赞歌。 我忘记了朗读课文，痴痴的望着她，她似乎察觉出我的异样，看了我两眼，虽然隔着眼睛，我也能感觉出她一丝丝的小严厉，我忙把目光转回到书本，继续朗读课文。 其实，十几岁的少年喜欢美丽的女老师这也是正常现象，当然这种喜欢是一种爱慕是一种敬仰，完全不是成人世界的“男欢女爱”！ 我知道，经过一学期的接触，我们班的同学都喜欢上温柔大方的滕老师，甚至有同学动脑子让她哥哥去追滕老师，当然我们男生极力反对。喜欢归喜欢，可有些事情不是仅仅喜欢就能解决的。 因为滕老师还在兼任班主任，所以班里的许多事情她都要操心，毕竟初三了，不是每一个人都能考上高中的。 按照以往的升学率，我们班估计会有一半同学上不了高中，他们中有大部分会去上职业高中，还有人去参军，当然也有人招工步入社会。 所以知道自己考不上高中的同学就基本不怎么学习了！他们抽烟喝酒打架，当然还有早恋，这或许就是初三的一个生活状态。 这些对于刚上班的滕老师来说，是个很头疼的问题。要不要管，怎么管，不服管怎么办！ 首先，我们班长就准备请辞，他的理由是太忙了！耽误他学习了！滕老师不同意，他就消极怠工，班里好多事情他都不管了！ 还有学习委员，她要考中专，一门心思扑在学习上，对班里的事情不闻不问，天天上课自己做卷子也不听老师讲课。 更让滕老师痛心的是英语课代表抽烟打架，和社会上一些小流氓混在一起，英语成绩更是一落千丈。 我们班在初三第二学期俨然变成全年级最乱最差的一个班了，教导主任驻班一周不起作用，副校长驻班一周依旧毫无起色。 看着日渐憔悴的滕老师，我实在不想置身事外，我去办公室，看着发呆的滕老师，她都没注意我喊报告。 看着顶着黑眼圈的滕老师，我说，我可以帮她做一些事情，她感激的看着我问我真的愿意，我诚恳的说我愿意。 于是，我天天做着班长和学习委员的事情，填教学日志，收作业发作业，甚至维持自习纪律。 实际上，也没有几个人搭理我，我只是和那些不想学习的同学经量搞好关系，怎么也待给我点面子，其实我除了学习成绩拔尖，好像也没有什么过人之处，唯一的优点就是随和，不管学习成绩好坏，我和他们都能成为朋友吧！ 或许是闹事的同学自己也觉得没意思，还是校长说，不想要毕业证的随便造的话起了威慑作用，同学们都收敛了许多。 反正我的工作做起来轻松多了！似乎我们班的同学整体又回到了正常的轨道。
