应该先联系一下班长或同寝室或与其关系比较密切的学生，了解一下该生的去向，以及最近的表现是否有反常或其他原因。只有找准原因才能对症下药。然后与该生取得联系，询问及原因，并劝说其来上课。如均不能奏效应及时与家长取得联系，双管齐下做好相应的教育工作。I think I should get touch with the absent student's monitor or roommates or his or her friends to know where he went and whether there's some abnormal behaviour of this student or other reasons. Then I should contact with the absent student immediately and talk with him or her deeply about the reason of his or her absence and persuade him or her to come back to school. If it doesn't work, I think we'd better get touch with the student's parents at once. Both education in school and family are quite important. Thank you!
