法制演讲稿各位老师、同学： 大家好! 今天，我演讲的主题是《打击侵害校园犯罪，加强自我防卫能力》。 青少年是祖国的未来，民族的希望，是我国社会主义现代化建设事业的接-班人。教育和培养好青少年，是我们中华民族永葆生机和活力的根本大计，是社会主义现代化建设事业的基础工程，是全党全社会共同的社会责任。新中国成立以来，党和政府高度重视青少年的培养教育，为青少年成长提供了良好的条件，使一代又一代青少年健康成长。但是，我们应该清醒地看到，近几年来，侵害校园的案件以及学生犯罪时有发生，严重破坏了学校正常的学习、教学秩序。我们一方面对侵害校园的犯罪要进行严厉的打击，另一方面，也要加强校园治安环境的整治工作，提高自我防卫能力。 青少年犯罪的主要原因： 从主体因素上看，一是自我控制能力脆弱;二是头脑简单，解决问题的方法偏激粗暴：三是贪图享受。从客观因素上看，一是家庭教育的误区;二是学校教育的失当;三是社会文化氛围消极方面的误导;四足缺乏社会救济措施;五是法制教育相对滞后：六是受社会经济负面效应的影响。 对学生来说，让犯罪远离校园，应从自身做起，加强思想道德修养，从而铲除校园犯罪滋生的土壤。许多案例表明，校园犯罪事件的发生有一定的条件，一定的气候，越是思想政治工作薄弱，学生纪律差的学校，发生的事件越多。学校犯罪事件又是一种见不得人的、偷偷摸摸的勾当，因此它只能在黑暗中进行。如果我们让阳光普照校园，那么参与犯罪者就不敢出现。阳光是什么，阳光就是学校的正气，就是全校同学的正气，这就是“魔高一尺，道高一丈”的道理。 我们在打击侵害校园犯罪的同时，还应加强自我防卫能力： 1、提高法律意识，提高明辨是非的能力。你们要多学点法律知识，弄明白什么是违法、什么是犯罪，只有明白了什么是违法，什么是犯罪，才有可能自己不做违法犯罪的事，同时也有可能制止他人违法犯罪。 2、增强同犯罪分子作斗争的勇气。为什么侵害校园犯罪屡禁不绝，一个重要的原因是同学们没有团结起来，缺少同犯罪分子作斗争的勇气。面对犯罪分子的暴-力威胁，竟然会束手无策，让他们得逞，原因是他们被犯罪分子的暴-力所屈服。 3、掌握防卫方法。一是要看好自家门，宿舍门要随时关好，钱财要妥善保管;二是外出要请假，夜行要结伴，让同学老师知道你去哪里，或者遇到问题有个照应，防止犯罪分子袭击;二是同学们应该学习《未成年人保护-法》，明确青少年在哪些方面应受到保护。在受人欺侮，遇到危险或可能发生危险时，要主动、及时地与老师、家长、公安人员取得联系，积极争取学校、社会和家庭的保护和帮助。发生事情后要学会用法律保护自己，要大胆揭发坏人坏事，不要姑息养奸。 总之，抓好青少年法制教育，是民-主法制建设的基础性工作，国民素质的提高，社会经济文化的发展，民-主与法制的推进，这都寄希望于广大的青少年。为推进青少年的法制教育的深入开展，全社会都应当行动起来，与时俱进，开拓创新，共同托起明天的太阳。

But the young people illegal crime rate occupies high in the last few years not, this kind of present situation has caused various countries' government to take seriously with society's widespread attention. As special social group, young people's health becomes the long direct relation society the healthy development and stable. The present age youth offenses' present situation is day by day serious, the illegal criminal acts also suddenly develop along with the society, presents some new characteristics and the trend of development: For example illegal crime gang, low age, low culture and so on. To its illegal crime's reason, this article three main environment which locates from the contemporary young people (home environment, school environment, social environment) and individual factor carries on the thorough analysis to seek question the root, then proposed the young people illegal crime countermeasure and the suggestion, obtain similarly from the above three environment, through the improvement family, the school, the society the good factor, does not create the health for the contemporary young people, upward and suits its physiological, the psychological characteristic moral education environment, as well as through the perfect legal system system, strengthens the propaganda and education in the law, the construction multi-channel society defense line, reduces the present age youth offenses or again the crime.
