从全国卷难易程度看，整体难度：全国卷一>全国卷二>全国三卷
全国1卷试用地区，山西，福建，河南，河北，江西，两湖，广东，安徽。全国2卷使用地区，甘肃，青海，内蒙古，黑，吉，辽三省，宁夏，新疆，陕西，西藏，重庆。全国3卷，四川，云南，广西，贵州。
我们不难发现1卷的整体教育水平是要比2卷高一个档次的，当然，里面也有例外。比如辽宁教育就还不错，安徽在1卷试用地区水平较低。但是，试卷的使用地区是与整体教育水平呈线性关系的。
个别科目难度：
语文：卷一=卷二＞卷三；
数学：卷一卷二的客观题都是送分题，难度相当；卷三相对考察基础难度适中。
英语：区别明显，卷一难度>卷二＞卷三；
理综：卷一物理较难。
