口译活动是一种即席的翻译活动，针对发言人的话语信息来进行源语言和目标语的转化，现场性强，同时，具有不可预测的特点，因此对于口译的操作人员有很大的难度，对口译人员的记忆力有着很大的挑战。
口译操作人员的记忆能力在口译操作过程起着至关重要的作用，记忆是人的一个综合性的心理活动，是脑对经历过的事物的反映记忆包括括输入、储存和重现三个过程。但是人类的物理记忆能力是有限度的，根据记忆的实践长短可以分为瞬时记忆，短时记忆和长时记忆。

参加口译考试的时候应该坐直身子，挺胸抬头，这样气流才能从口中平稳的呼出，如果能够翻译的时候面带微笑就更好，因为面部的微笑最终会体现在录音里。

1.有用，法律翻译是难点。但我希望你把法律学精，再考虑英语问题。很多法律英语词汇的表达方式等等，非常细节的东西，不能马虎。从合同，到将来法庭口译，都是很难的。也不是你想的，会英语，有法律专业，就可以了。2.英语专业现在有6级水平？不是只有专四，专八吗。。。3.不分中高级，可能是入门到深化一起算上了。不过，大学口译课程培训，就算开了，也未必能深入到哪里去。因为口译要调动学习者所有英语基本功的能力，这本身的转化，就是需要过程的。4.不过，感觉你想的太远。等你非英语专业6级过了，早考虑口译不迟。你现在四级都没考呢，想的太远了。
