我们都知道Exchange上可以对某个邮箱设置发送方式和代表发送。发送方式也就是我们通常所说的代理发送。下面分别介绍一下这两种方式的区别和如何设置。

一、代理方式（Send on behalf)

1、介绍

“代表发送”权限允许代理人代表此邮箱发送邮件。代理人发送的任何邮件的“发件人”行都会指示邮件是代理人代表邮箱所有者发送的。例如：设置邮箱A可用代理邮箱B发送邮件，那么当邮箱A代理邮箱B发送邮件给邮箱C时，邮箱C收到的邮件发件人显示为“邮箱A代表邮箱B”。如图。

我们通过分析邮件的邮件头发现，在邮件头中多出了一个Sender，Sender发送对应的即为代表人邮箱地址。From字段仍为被代表邮箱地址，也就是收件人回复邮件时将恢复到From字段对应的SMTP地址邮箱中。

2、如何配置

配置代表发送很简单，具体配置如下：

在邮箱属性中的“邮箱委托”中找到“代表发送”，添加代表邮箱即可。

二、发送方式（Send As）

1、介绍

“发送方式”权限允许代理人从此邮箱发送邮件。邮件会显示为是由邮箱所有者发送的。例如：邮箱A代理邮箱B发送邮件给邮箱C，那么邮箱C收到邮件后，发件人显示为邮箱B。

我们来查看代理发送的邮件的邮件头：

邮件头中，只有发件人和收件人，并没有Sender字段。所以收件人收到邮件后显示认为原始发件人发送的邮件。

2、配置Send As

配置代理发送和简单，具体配置如下图。

三、总结

1、发送方式（Send As）方式发送的邮件，收件人收到邮件后不会显示代理人邮箱地址信息。

2、代表发送（Send on behalf）方式发送的邮件，收件人收到邮件后将会显示代理人邮箱地址信息。

3、发送方式（Send As）和代表发送（Send on behalf）两种方式发送的邮件，收件人回复邮件时均会回复到被代理或被代表人邮箱中。
