I am able to break it, but I can't.前面那个能够用be able to来表示或者I can break it. But it is not allowed.

can't 不能shouldn't 不应该ought not 本来不应该（mustn't 好像不行，他的意思是不必须）

be not allowed 如果你想口语一点直接说no way就可以啦
