我觉得是will be exhausted错了，应该改成will have been exhausted.解析：by which time这个是定语从句，相当于by next week, 时间状语有by +时间，句子需要用完成时，又因为是next week(下周), 所以用将来完成时态。

第一题区别在于，such as 是固定短语，不能拆开。第二题，应该用with，表明有意志力，没有什么是不可能的，to后面应加do sth.as long as和so long as 应该都可以用，在用作“只要”意时。这只是我的意见，望采纳。
