但是，A district is a particular area of a town or country.

它既可以是国家区域也可以是一个小镇区域，还可以说是小型划分的区域（如：商业区等）

所以，如果泛指的话你可以用district表示“一个被划分出来的地方”

但如果是某个现实中已经有了译名的地方，应该参照英文译名来翻译。
