The folk painter Jack, who won Titanic ticket from a gambling, fell in love witharistocratic miss Lucy in the boat. Lucy was attracted to the painter with his artist's temperament and the happiness from the civilian. She loved this man. But the happiness might not be sufficient to avert disaster, the big ship ran upon the iceberg, Lucy gave up the lifeboat for her lover Jack. They ran away from the damaged ship floating in the sea. Suddenly, there existed a broken rafts adrift which can save only one people's life, Jack helped Lucy climb the rafts leaving himself in the cold sea. They gripped tightly both hands with each other to let them not leave again lasting for a while until Lucy was saved, nor Jack died of cold in the sea.
