My favorite book is Harry potter .I think it is a nice and a funny book.It is good for us teenagers.
I like read it because it is full of science fiction,it is easy to understand and it is the most funny book i have read.I have learned a lot from it.I know that as a teenager,we should be confidence and brave.So as Harry.And we should love and protect our friends.We all need friends.We all need get along well with our friends.If i have the chance to learn some magic,i'd love to be a teenager like Harry potter.Flying and do some magic tricks,that's my interest and that's the most important reason why i love read Harry potter so much.
My hometown is a small beautiful village. It is surrounded by mountains. There is a small river near my home. The water is clear. When I was a little child, I liked playing in the river. My hometown is not so rich. Most of the villagers are farmers. They plant rice, corn and peanut. Now, I live in the city, but I still like going back my hometown.
My father is an ordinary people. He is a driver. He doesn’t receive too much education. But he is kind-hearted. He always ask me to be down-to-earth and keep an optimistic mind. Everyone likes him because of his good personality. He is always ready to help others if he can. Sometimes when he drives the old, he will not take monet frome them. He is so great. He has set a very good example for me. He is my idol. I will love him forever.
I have many good friends,Lily is one of the best.We play together since we two were very young. She is such a pretty girl that when people meet her,they always pat her little head and say,"Oh,how lovely!"Lily is also very brave.I remember one evening two weeks ago,mom sent me to buy some salt and sugar downstair.When I was back on the darksome stairway,I suddenly saw a black shadow behind me,was that a ghost?I was so frightened that I cried "God!"At that very moment,Lily come,she rush at the shadow and shouted to it loudly till it disappeared,then we ran home safely...
Maybe you have already get it,yes,Lily is my dog,--my best friend,I love her.
It was Sunday. Our teacher Mr Zhu led us to a park nearby.Usually we go to the park to spend our holiday. But today we went there to take part in voluntary labour.
We got there at nine o'clock. Mr Zhu divided us into three groups and then we began working.
The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The studentsin Group Two were busy collecting litter left by the tourist. They also cleaned the benches in the park. I was in Group Three. We went to the children's playground and cleaned all the equipment there. We worked very hard.
At about eleven we finished working. We met at the gate of the park. We all felt tired but very happy.
Tonight, moonlight, family reunion. The annual Mid-Autumn Festival is coming! In the evening, we gathered in the grandfather home for a month. After the grandmother's homemade delicacies and tastes, everyone is talking about watching TV in the living room. And our children are happily playing in the side, or playing electric. Can be arbitrary, want to do anything can be really very happy.
Late, we come up with chicken, sausage, meat, corn, grapefruit, moon cake ..., wow! To the courtyard full moon! After we had finished the fire, we put the material on the shelves, coated with barbecue sauce, sprinkled with seasonings ..., followed by a burst of fragrance drifting over, so I coveted. When you eat delicious barbecue and delicious grapefruit, we have funny, happy atmosphere, nice!
Finally, we have to return to Taipei, and we also return home, really looking forward to the new year to come quickly
今晚明月高照，合家团圆。一年一度的中秋节又来临了！傍晚，我们在爷爷家齐聚一堂赏月。吃完奶奶烧的山珍海味、色香俱全的美味大餐后，大家就在客厅一块谈天说地、看电视。而我们小孩则在一旁愉闹嬉戏，或是打电动。可以随心所欲，想做什么都可以，真是快乐无比。
晚一点，大家拿出鸡腿、香肠、肉片、玉米、柚子、月饼…，哇！要到院子赏月了！大家生完了火后，就纷纷把好料摆上架，涂上烤肉酱，洒上调味料…，接着就是一阵香味飘过来，令我垂涎三尺。在吃美味的烤肉及好吃的柚子时，大家有说有笑，和乐融融的气氛，真好！
最后，我们要回台北了，大家也各自返家，真期盼新年能快点到来
Summer holiday plan
Summer holiday is coming. How excited! I havemade a plan for my summer holiday. First of all, I will go to Hong Kong tovisit my aunt. And then I will stay with her for a while. As Hong Kong is the shoppingparadise, of course, I will ask my aunt to go shopping with me . I will also eatthe delicious food there. And then I will go home. I know that study comesfirst. So I will finish my homework first. After that I will go out play withmy friends. And then I will take a good rest to prepare for my coming back toschool.

Last March, my mother told my father and me that my grandfather would come in April. We were very happy because my grandfather was an interesting old man and he had not visited us since he went to Hong Kong. On April 1 my father and I bought a lot of food from the supermarket and bought a big bunch of flowers home. Then we did some cleaning at home. At night when we were waiting for my grandfather, the bell rang and in came my mother. She smiled to us and said "April fools"!
Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
