我忘记了用英语表达的方式如下：

I forget.

举例

忘记别人的名字可以说：

I can't think of your name just now.

哎呀，我一下想不起你的名字了(一般人家会主动再告诉你一遍了)

也可以说：

I'm terrible with names.

我在记名字这方面很糟糕。

隐含着我忘了你叫啥，但我不是故意的，因为我不擅长记名字。

例：I'm terrible with names. Can you tell me your name again.

我记不住名字。你能再说下你的名字吗?
