a.机器因为一些原因，可能会与预控失去信任关系，可以用域用户登录机器，查看报错的代码，如果为什么 ，no trust relationship  什么的  .用本地账户登录，再用域管理员账户，将机器退域，再加域就好了。 如果是其他报错，记下来，百度一下 你就知道。 Google对英文搜索更好。先确定打印机环境， 是否为网络打印机（打印服务器），还是IP网络直连的打印机，检查打印机任务状态，在其他机器上尝试是否可以打印， 可以就是问题客户端的问题。a.打印新任务，看是否可以发送到打印机，b.查看是否有未完成的任务，打印池拥堵。d.删除客户旧的打印机，重新添加正确的打印机。（确认打印服务启动services.msc ：Print Spooler）确认客户情况， windows XP/7 域环境下，登录比客户机器是相对慢一些， 确认是否为正常；如果登录域环境时没有连接网线， windows会试图连接域，这个时候进入系统会比没连接网线慢很多，属正常。a.如果连接网线依然慢，  可以看进入系统后是否还慢，    之后建议做硬盘自检，看硬盘是否有故障。b.硬盘无故障， 建议清理C盘容量，做磁盘整理i，清除磁盘垃圾文件。域用户账户和密码，几乎都有重复3次到几次 就会Lock account,有时候客户如果刚更改过windows的登录密码， 而没有重启，部分程序可能会使用程序自己记录的老cookie尝试连接网络，这样就会形成错误的密码多次连接服务器，超过3次就锁了 ，这时候建议删除之前的IE cookie, 提醒客户 ，是否有把域账户 写到 某些程序中 ，删除或更改旧密码， 并重启机器， 稍等会再尝试，登录，目前这类问题， 我都是这么操作的，没有太多意外。
