体育锻炼 Physical Exercises

As you all know, the study work is heavy inhigh school. There are often more than 10 courses a day including the evening.That will take more than 9 hours in study a day, and without weekends. Thestudents in high school are exhausted after school and not willing to do the physicalexercisesanymore. In fact, it is not only very bad for health but also bad for study. Theteenagers have to do enough exercises to keep healthy and growing tall. Anddoing physicalexercises can make a people strong and lighten one up,refill the energy to study more efficiently. So, the high school studentsshould do physicalexercises. They can do some sports, such as playingfootball or basketball, running, swimming and so on.

With the development of the e-commerce, more and more people intent to do the shopping online. There are many advantages of online shopping, yet there are some disadvantages too.

On the one hand, the online shopping are very convenient. Unlike the physical stores, there is no limit of time for you to do the shopping online. And you can find anything in the online store, some of which you may hardly buy at the local. And also, the price is relatively transparent, you can choose the affordable one to buy.

一方面，网络购物非常方便。不像实体店，网络购物对你来说没有任何时间限制。而且你可以在网店找到任何东西，有些还是你在当地很难买到的东西。并且，价格也相对透明，你可以选择实惠的商品来买。

On the other hand, since the goods are only presented by the pictures and descriptions, it is hard to tell its reality, so you might have bought something you don't like, or even the fake one. Of course you can ask for the after service, but it will increase your cost of the time. And the advertisements on the online shops may make you spend much more money on online shopping without being conscious.

另一方面，由于商品只是通过图片和描述展示，很难断定其真实性，所以你很可能买到你其实不喜欢的商品，甚至是假货。当然你可以申请售后服务，但是也会增加你的时间成本。还有网店上的广告可能会让你神不知鬼不觉的多花了好多钱在网络购物上。

Anyway, the online shopping makes the shopping easier, but please do it with rationality.

The Influence of The Social Network Service

As been popular in young people's daily life, the social network service have influenced not only the ways we are socializing but also the culture and the tradition of the country.

自从社交网络在年轻人的生活里变得普遍，它不但影响了我们社交的方式，也影响了这个国家的文化和传统。

Take the spring festival as an example, traditionally, in the evening of the Chinese New Year eve, the whole family usually would have a reunion meal. Many of the family members are not really be at home quite often spending time with others especially with their old parents, so this reunion meal is very important for every family to have a chance to talk, enjoy the together time. But today all has changed. The most common look of the reunion meal now is that all young people eat quietly meanwhile the eyes are staring at their cell phone, checking out their “Friend Circle” to see if anyone update the status. They only make sounds when someone grab a red envelop with very lousy money in it. The old parents feel awkward when facing this weird situation, no one would even like to talk to them, the reunion meal turns out that there is just a bunch of strange people eating at the same table.

就拿春节来说，传统上说，在除夕的晚上，全家人通常会在一起吃团圆饭。许多人也没有真正经常呆在家里跟家人在一起，尤其是跟老人们在一起，所以团圆饭尤其重要，大家可以一起聊聊天，享受在一起的时光。但是如今一切都变了。团圆饭最普遍的画面就是，年轻人们都安安静静的吃饭，眼镜死死的盯着手机，查看他们的“朋友圈”有没有人更新状态。只有在他们抢到一个红包的时候才会发出声响，而红包里的钱少得可怜。老人们在面对这种怪异的场面时异常尴尬，没人愿意跟他们说说话，团圆饭变成了只是一群陌生的人在同一张桌子吃饭而已。

And the TV shows are pushing this more far ahead. They will set some interactive sessions to encourage people use the social network service on their cell phone to get some bonus. So even TV time people still stick to their cell phone and have no word for others sitting around. Seems like the social network service is completely replace the normal communication offline. That will obviously ruin the relationship with family.

而电视节目也在推波助澜。他们会设置一些互动环节，鼓励观众用他们的手机上的社交网络服务获取一些奖励。所以即使是看电视的时候，人们也始终跟手机粘在了一起，不跟周围的人说一句话。好像社交网络已经完全代替了正常的线下交流。这显然会破坏家庭关系。

I wouldn't say the social network service is all bad, but somehow, I prefer to communicate face to face with someone I really care.

But in Yantai, as it was the first Spring Festival of the 21st century, people were allowed to do it this time.Many small shops began to sell fireworks and I felt as if I were back in my childhood when we were free to enjoy ourselves by setting off fireworks. A great many children bought many fireworks and the sellers must have made a lot of money.3. Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival, also known as the Chinese New Year. To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the West. The dates for this annual celebration are determined by the lunar calendar rather than the Gregorian calendar, so the timing of the holiday varies from late January to early February. 4. Do you know Harry Potter? It’s one of my favourite sparetime readings and it’s written by J. K. Rowling. She had the idea about Harry Potter when she was on train, “Harry just walked into my head.” She said later. She started writing the first edition of Harry Potter the next day. Harry Potter is a magical school student who wears glasses and has no parents, now he is 16 years old. He is very brave and known by everyone because he is the only person who will not die by devil. At school, he has two good friends, they are Rone and Henry. 5。 I enjoy reading different kinds of books, but "Harry Porter" is my favorite one. The story is very long but I am interested in it. Harry was such a brave and clever boy that he dared to fight against powerful enemies. His Z-shaped scar and magic stick brought me into a magical world. In fact, the fiction story is so meaningful that I can learn a lot from it. I think it's the best book I've ever read. 6.I always like doing housework when i am free in weekends.And On saturday this week,I washed my clothes and shoes.I am really fond of doing it because i feel happy when i put myself in busy.And i did cook some dishes.And my parents enjoy it very much.They said it was delicious and i was happy. Latern festival is one of my favorite festivals.My parents always take me to grandma's home to spend some time with them.We eat dumplings together and we always have a great time!and in this Year's Lantern Festival,i also went to my grandparents' home.It seemed that they are happy to see me.then we went out to have a great meal.it was really cool! 7.Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house.
