几天前进行的英语小测验缓缓落下帷幕，当那份沉甸甸的试卷落在课桌上时，我急忙翻看分数好似饥饿已久的人看到可以挽救自己生命的面包。但当我看到那鲜红的红笔字迹时，我感觉仿佛这个世界都静止了。偏低的分数犹如一把利剑深深刺痛了我争强好胜的内心，也如冰冷的水倒在我的脸上，使我更加清醒。试分析主要原因主要有以下两点：
一、听力部分失分过于严重。关于造成这一缺点的原因我是非常清楚的，因为开学到现在我几乎没有怎么听过磁带，每天都为自己的不练习听力找理由，所以导致听力部分的失分严重。听力，对于好的英语者来说是不能丢分的项目，但次却出现了不小的小题。经过这次的打击我已经下定决心一定要练习听力，不论每天学到多晚，都要抽出时间来练习。我相信，经过我的努力听力会不再是拉低英语成绩的部分。
二、基础知识仍不过关。这次测验出现了一个比较奇怪的问题。我的基础部分虽然失分严重，但后面的主观能力题几乎能完整答对，几乎没有丢分。这就反映我英语学习出现的一个本末倒置的大问题，回忆近期的英语学习，仿佛把重心过多地放在了做难时题上而忽略了课本上最核心的知识点，归根到底就是对课本极不熟悉。以且一定要以课本为主以其它难题为辅，重新重视起基本语法的理解和掌握。从另一个角度讲，基础知识的成绩上来了，在学习课文拔高难题也会较轻松。总之，基础部分要争取做到一分不丢。
这次的考试在很大程度上是对我近期英语学习的总结及学习问题的暴露，所以这次考试对我改进学习方法有着极其重要的作用。只有及时发现问题并迅速地解决问题才配做一个合格的学习者。我相信，在我坚持不懈地努力下，我的英语成绩定会稳步提升。
英语组本次考试比较优秀，成绩归功于集体，是大家集体努力的结晶，是我们辛勤付出的结果。现将近阶段工作总结如下了：
1、团结协作，英语组制胜之本。
常规教学做到同内容、同进度、使用同材料。我们英语组老师相互学习氛围浓厚，经常听课，互通有无。每单元的检测，都是经过大家集体讨论，把我们工作中遇到的问题都提出来，批改作业时发现学生经常出错的题目，都一起交流，共同出周测。
2、落实三清，英语组制胜的关键。
尽量尽我们的职责，把每一个学生的成绩最大限度的提高，注重教学方法，尽可能的采用灵活多样的教学方法，但是我们坚决做到“三清”。狠抓堂堂清、天天清、周周清。
3、注重学生的口语表达能力的培养，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。
我们英语组老师达成一致意见，要保持学生学习英语的兴趣，要让学生乐于学习英语，我们要求所有老师不挖苦、讽刺学生。给学生展示自我的机会，每节课都让学生表演，进行口语训练。
我们虽然取得了一点成绩，但我们不会骄傲，我们会更加努力。
本次英语考试以中考题型命题，加强对基础知识的考查，侧重考查学生综合运用语言的能力。命题材料贴近学生生活，难度适中。其中听力笔录要点和书面表达失分较多。我所教两个班级19班比20班在人平，及格率和优秀率方面稍高。
从本次考试所反映的现状来看，今后的教学中应注意：
1、加强单词听写和课文背诵的落实工作，多关注课文文本知识。
2、狠抓基础知识，加强写作训练。书面表达能客观地反映学生英语基础知识掌握情况，并且一直是学生的薄弱环节。
3、继续注重英语阅读教学。阅读理解在我们的各种测试中所占分值越来越大，而且选材也更趋广泛化。因此课堂教学中要侧重“篇章”，强调“含义”，将语篇教学贯穿于课文教学和阅读理解教学中，利用语篇教学扩大学生词汇量，增强语感，丰富文化知识，提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
4、注重兴趣培养，慎防两极分化。从试卷分析中可以看出，每个学校都不同程度地出现了令人担忧的“两极分化”现象。初学阶段一定要注意激发培养学生的学习兴趣，关注学生的情感，营造宽松，民主、和谐的教学氛围，保护每个学生的自尊心和学习英语的积极性。只有这样，掉队的学生才会减少，也才可能大面积提高人平。
5、注重课堂“时效性”，在优化课堂组织教学、合理设计教学活动，加大训练强度和密度的基础上，注重因材施教、分层教学。既要使大多数学生掌握好基础的知识与技能，同时注重知识的扩展和规律性知识的总结与归纳，让好学生也能获得充分的发展。
6、加强听力训练，营造语言环境。课堂上一定要加强对学生的听力训练，坚持用英语组织教学，尽可能利用多种教学资源让学生接触地道的语音、语调，多听英、美人士的录音材料。
双假之前进行了一次单元小测试，假期里时间还比较充裕，早早的批阅完了，一是想看看学生对第三单元所学知识的掌握情况，其次，由于九年级一班是重新组合班级后新接手的，对学生我还不是很了解，心中满是期盼！
试卷类型还是一如既往，无变化。
优点：
一、从书写方面，绝大多数学生书写工整，作文没有空题目，出现很多优美的语句，说明同学们是用心思考了！
二、对于知识点的掌握，基础知识掌握的比较扎实。
缺点：
一、词汇题目，审题不细心，要求填单词，却写短语。如考察instead，很多同学非得写insteadof；单词书写不规范，涂抹现象严重。
二、技巧题目失分比较多，如完形填空题，阅读理解题目。
三、作文失分较多，具体在以下几点：
1、审题不细心，内容和要求不符。
2、格式不对，题目要求的是书信的格式，很多同学没有称呼和落款，有的同学称呼后用了冒号，有的则是只有称呼没有落款。
3、无结尾，开头没有铺垫，中间部分过于空洞，前后语句不是很连贯。
通过对比，两班各有所长，一班的同学完形填空题目做的很好，而二班的同学作文很出色。通过分析和比较，我知道了今后努力的方向，希望成绩会越来越好！
前几天英语考试的成绩下来了，成绩比以往提升了一些，因为英语成绩不是一般的差，所以每提升一点，都会特别兴奋。兴奋之余，也会分析一下成绩为何提高。
在考前几天，母亲在我不情愿下，硬是让我背了一个单元的单词。所以在之后的考试上有了提高。但那些扣分点，全都集中在课文背诵和句型的应用上，不禁对老师说的“课文很重要”又信服了几分。
想要成绩好，必须下功夫背，不能再像前几年那样无视英语了，要抓紧背单词和句型。

2、用五分钟复习前一课的单词。
3、做一篇英语阅读。
4、每个周末背背句型，做其他的题。
