course和subject的区别：subject是可数名词，基本意思是主题，题目，指文章或其他作品的题目或主题，引申可表示话题，考虑的问题、科目，学科。course用于表示课程，学程时为可数名词，常指以一定的时间为期限开设的课程。表示某学科的课程，后面一般接介词in。
