二、attachment 读法英 [ə'tætʃm(ə)nt]  美 [ə'tætʃmənt]

作名词的意思是：附件；依恋；连接物；扣押财产

短语：

emotional attachment 情绪依恋；情感依附

attachment point 阀值；附着点；附保点；接合点

attachment的用法：

1、addition，appendix，attachment，supplement，accessory这些名词均含“附加物、增加物”之意。

addition仅强调数量的增加。appendix指书末的附录。attachment指用于扩大原物用途的附件。supplement主要指使书、报等正文更完善而额外增加的部分。accessory作“附件”解时，与attachment同义，可互换，但还指增加美观的附属品。

2、affection，love，attachment这些名词均含“爱、热爱”之意。

affection指对人的爱慕或深厚、温柔的感情，侧重感情的深沉。love比affection的语气更强。表示一种难以控制的激情。attachment通常用于书面文字中，既可指对某人某物的喜欢，又可指出自理智对某人或某物的热爱，尤指长时间的爱。
