Doing sport builds up our body strength and reduces diseases.

Though we lead a better life, our health is becoming worse now. So EXERCISE ONE HOUR A DAY,KEEP ILLNESS AWAY has been raised by the government.

At noon or after school we play ball games, swimming and running. Look!The playground seems smaller because lots of students are playing on it.The school life has become colorful and we are energetic.As a result we study harder and better.

The Sunny Sports has brought an exciting change to us. Lets keep on doing it.

Sports can be divided into many kinds, such as basketball, football and volleyball, which are suitable for some more active people, such as children, young people, etc. Some quiet sports, such as Taiji, are suitable for some elderly people. So sports are very suitable for both young and old.

运动可以分为很多种类,例如篮球、足球和排球等这些运动适合一些比较好动的人,例如小孩子、年青人等。而一些比较文静的运动,例如太极等则适合一些老年人。所以说运动真是老幼皆宜的。

First,It can strengthen our cardiopulmonary function, reduce the chance of suffering from heart disease or cerebrovascular disease. These diseases are the diseases with high mortality in recent years. In addition, exercise six can increase some good cholesterol, reduce some bad cholesterol, improve blood flow and reduce the workload of heart work.

一、可以加强我们的心肺功能,减少患上心脏病或脑血管病等机会。而这几程疾病正是近几年死亡率比较高的疾病。另外,运动六可以令我们增加一些好的胆固醇,减少一些坏的胆固醇,改善血液流动及减少心脏工作的负荷量。

Second,It can help us prevent osteoporosis. Because normal weight can load exercise, can prevent bone aging and loss. Now, we in Hong Kong have no time for sports because of our busy work. 英语作文的写作技巧:

1、 审题立意,定文章主题。

3、 写主题句,理文章脉络。

一篇短文的段落一般分为引导部分、主体部分和结尾部分。每段的主题句非常重要, 是作者思维的起点,切题的准绳,阐述的对象。看到段落主题句,读者大致可以了解段落要阐述的内容。段落主题句通常是一个语法结构完整、内容概括、用词简洁明了的简单句。通常将段落主题句罝于段落的开头,可以使文章结构更清晰,更有说服力。
