To whom it may concern: I am writting to you to complain about the Walkman I bought produced by your factory. I bought it one month ago which cost me 120 yuan at a tourist spot. But when I returned home it didn't work. I did use it according to the instruction book. At first everything was OK, but now it doesn't make any sound.
