卑微的谦虚的英语

一般用modest或者说中国人偏向用modesthumble含有卑微低下的意思。西方人的文化里面，个人主义比较强烈，比较aggressive,所以对谦逊是不屑一顾的。但是在东方中庸文化里面，谦虚带有有涵养有内涵的色彩，是褒义的。所以modest会稍稍好一点
