Today i got up at 7 o'clock, i had the breakfast and then i went to work. In the office i had a lot of work to do, finally at the midday i could have a rest while i had my lunch. In the afternoon i didn't have to work so i went to shopping centre with my friends, so i bought a pair of pants as the summer is hot and soon i am going to the seaside.i came back home at 6 o'clock. i watched tv , then i had dinner. around 10 o'clock i went to bed, i was so tired.

Last Sunday I had a good time. In the morning I got up early and went to the park near our house to do morning exercises. There i met many old people .
上周日我玩得很愉快。早上我起得很早去了我家附近的公园去做早操，在那我看到了很多老年人。
Then I went back and had breakfast. I was doing my homework in the morning . In the afternoon I went to play basketball with my classmates .In the evening I watched TV at home .
接着我回了家去吃早饭。整个上午我在家做作业。下午我和同学去打篮球，晚上在家看电视。
