1、another常用在单数形式的可数名词前。也可以用作是代名词，后不接名词。修饰不可数的复数名词时，通常用more。
2、another等于是an加other，因此不能说the another desk ， that another desk等，里面的another都该改作other。
3、another指“另外的任何一个”，加上原本的那个，心里应至少有三个，才有任何一个的可能，因此不适用于只有两个时，如不能说I have two brothers, one is twenty, and another is fifteen，应用the other代替。
