因为是具体的日期，所以用on. ,但有三种常用写法：1. on January 30, 19912. on Jan. 30, 1991 (月份简写）3. on the 30th of January, 1991

1991年1月30日：January  30th,1991 或者 Jan.30th，1991

注：

1、具体到某一天用介词“on”，比如   1月30日  ：On January 30th

年份/月份前用介词“in”,比如  1991年   in  1991

2、年月日的表达顺序

1) 月\日\年(美式）

eg：2008年8月18日

写作：August 18th,2008  或 Aug.18th,2008（日和年之间需用逗号隔开）

（1）四位数的年份

分成两组来读，前两个数为一组，后两个数为一组，每一组的数字都按基数词来读：

NOTICE：用的频率比较高的单词读法和写法都比较简单，这是因为如果单词太复杂，就会在使用过程中被简化，上边提到的年份读法也是如此。比如2008 会被简化为：two thousand eight。
