finish本身既是及物动词（完成+宾语）,又是不及物动词（某事终结,完成） 所以你可以说 I finished my homework.及物动词,主语是人,宾语是物 你还可以说 The meeting will finish at 7 o'clock 不及物动词,主语是物,无宾语 也正因如此,会有finish doing的用法 I finished writing my book yesterday.
