1、头韵(alliteration)是英语中利用发音制造特殊效果的一种修辞方式。通常是在连续的几个词中,开头的辅音重复,有时开头的元音重复也可以叫头韵。

2、头韵是一种很古老的辞格,也是英语中最早出现和使用的辞格。各种工具书对其的定义不尽相同。

3、头韵在西方报刊更是广为运用,如:Flu Fever(流感导致恐慌,《新闻周刊》),The Senators vs the Spooks (参议员和情报员之争,《时代》)。
